An End of Life Doula is a skilled companion who can offer practical and emotional support to yourself and those around you as you approach the end of your life, including during the dying phase and after death.
For those wanting to die at home, I can work with you to create an environment where you feel safe, supported and empowered.

Creating a good end to your life
- Spending time memory-making and thinking about the legacy you will leave behind
- Helping you to be in control of how your days are spent, focusing on what matters most at the end of life
- Helping to ensure your values, needs and wishes for the end of your life are honoured and respected
Time to connect and reflect
- Holding space to sit with uncomfortable feelings, giving you the freedom to share hopes, fears, memories and regrets without judgement
- Creating the opportunity for honest conversations where you can be your authentic self without worrying about upsetting anyone or trying to protect them
Reassurance, help and support
- Being a calm, reliable, confident presence alongside you to help reduce fear and bring peace
- Helping those around you to feel confident and well-prepared to support you at the end of your life and after death
Ensuring you are not alone
- Sitting vigil with you at the time of your death
- Care of your body immediately after death ensuring dignity and respect
- Supporting those around you to know what needs to be done following your death
